and Archives
Public libraries in the Virgin
Islands are administered by the Division of Libraries, Department of
Planning & Natural Resources. The mission of the Division of
Libraries and Archives is to:

Serve as a source of information and knowledge for the people of
the USVI.

Maintain the records of the Government of the USVI.

Support the development of an informed citizenry by providing
access to a world of ideas and information.

Identify, preserve and promote the historical and public records
of the USVI.
- Provide support to all Virgin
Islanders in their pursuit of learning.
